Pharmacist-in-Charge: Overview and Responsibilities
This presentation will provide you with an overview of pharmacy law related to the position and the responsibility a pharmacist owns when associating as the Pharmacist-in-Charge of a licensed facility. Additionally, the webinar will discuss tips on how to prepare a pharmacy for an inspection by a California State Board of Pharmacy Inspector and provide resources for the Pharmacist-in-Charge to aid in their supervision and management of a pharmacy. One hour of CE will be awarded for completing this training, but does not count toward the required 2 hours of CE for Law and Ethics.
Note: The California State Board of Pharmacy is not an approved ACPE provider. For this reason, the Board's courses will not be submitted to the NABP and will not appear on your CPE Activity Monitor Transcript. Pharmacists are required to retain their law & ethics CE completion certificates for four years.
